Product Description
Xinyue holds a full set of authoritative welding qualifications including EN1090 EXC3 certification, IWE International Welding Engineer qualification, ASME IX certification and ISO 9606 welder approvals. We are capable of professional multi-material prefabricated pipe welding, and can reliably deliver prefabrication work for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Carbon steel grades include Q235B, 20#, A106B, A53B, featuring cost-effectiveness and stable performance for conventional water supply & drainage, steam, compressed air and general industrial piping systems. Alloy steel covers 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, P11, P22, suitable for severe high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions in thermal power, chemical and refinery projects. Stainless steel options consist of 304, 316L, 321, 904L and duplex steel with outstanding corrosion resistance, widely adopted for projects requiring high purity and corrosion resistance, such as chemical anti-corrosion facilities, marine engineering, pharmaceutical and food industry pipelines.
