Project details: It’s a new client from Kuwait, who is a medium-sized contractor in the Middle East region, supplying raw materials for building constructions and civil infrastructures in the Middle East. This time we offered seamless pipes, flanges and pipe fittings, which are used in the warehouse building of the customer's mother company.
After 3 months of communication, the customer visited and inspected our factory in person, and then signed the contract in our office. Before production, we provided professional drawings.
During production, detailed production progress reports and production videos were provided. After the completion of the project, the customer planned to visit again in person for final inspections.
After we submitted a detailed and rigorous inspection reports, the customer paid the balance payment directly and informed us to book shipping space directly.
At present, the customer has successfully received the goods and is in orderly under constructions. The later construction is also in continuous design and deployment, and the customer said that he is sorting out the second batch of required lists, which will be supplied by Xinyue again.
