Xinyue Steel proudly announces the successful completion of the Dominican Water Transmission Project, demonstrating our expertise in supplying premium seamless steel pipes for large-scale water infrastructure. This project involved providing 1,102 tons of seamless pipes in diameters of ⌀406, ⌀323, ⌀219, and ⌀168 mm, manufactured according to ASTM A53 GR.B standards. The pipes are designed with interior epoxy coatings of 300–500μm using Interline® 925 and exterior epoxy coatings of 250–450μm with PPG Industries Amerlock® 400, ensuring durability and long-term protection against corrosion.
During production, Xinyue Steel provided full technical support including MPS and ITP guidance and conducted multiple video conferences with the client to guarantee efficient communication and precise production control. After completion, a comprehensive quality dossier was supplied, and all processes, including bare pipe production and anti-corrosion treatments, were fully supervised by the third-party agency BV. Final inspections were successfully passed, and a 3.2 certificate was issued prior to delivery, confirming the highest quality standards.
