Greenhouse fittings are a full set of supporting components for the construction and operation & maintenance of various multi-span film greenhouses, solar greenhouses, oval tube greenhouses, multi-span polycarbonate sheet greenhouses and breeding greenhouses. Compatible with main materials such as hot-dip galvanized steel frames, oval steel tube frames, PC polycarbonate sheets and greenhouse films, they perform functions including connection & fixing, ventilation & temperature control, sunshade & thermal insulation, water and fertilizer spraying, power distribution and drainage. They are an indispensable part of the complete greenhouse system. Most fittings are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, plastic and stainless steel, featuring rust resistance and weather resistance for long-term outdoor agricultural application. Core fittings include frame connecting and fixing accessories (suitable for all steel frame greenhouses) Function: Splice and fix main & secondary arch tubes, oval tubes, upright columns and longitudinal beams to build the overall load-bearing frame Spring wires & lock channels: Fix the edges of greenhouse films and PC sheets to prevent falling off under wind Oval tube / round tube clamps, connectors, tees, straight joints and elbows: Steel tube splicing parts Embedded foundation parts, expansion bolts and base steel plates: Fixing components for greenhouse civil foundations Film tension wires & film clips: Tighten greenhouse films to resist strong winds

We specialize in manufacturing galvanized steel pipes, galvanized greenhouse pipes, galvanized oval pipes, galvanized square & rectangular tubes, plastic-coated galvanized pipes, and special-shaped galvanized pipes, as well as a full range of greenhouse fittings. Custom fabrication of galvanized pipes and greenhouse frame pipes in all specifications is available per client requirements, with an annual output capacity of up to 100,000 tons.
Our in-house design team customizes and processes greenhouse pipes based on clients’ requirements or technical drawings.
