Anti-Corrosion Pipe for Port Construction Project in Europe
The project is the construction of the Europe riverdocks,The production of SSAW pile pipe and the anti-corrosiontreatment of steel pipe surface are carried out by Xinyue, Pipelengths vary from 12 m to 40 m in length.
Pipe surface welded stainless steel plate as a pile driving reinforcement plate.Anti-corrosive coating total DFT 1040um, The anti-corrosivepaint brands are Interzone954 and Interseal670.Each pile pipe welded with pile shoes. All the weld tests of theproject have passed VT,UT and PT. All the dimensions, surfacetreatment and welding treatment of the project have beentested by SGS, finally delivered to the customer in batches.
