Our company is proud to announce the successful completion and delivery of steel pipes for the prestigious Tajikistan Hydropower Station Project. This major infrastructure project required the use of DN2300 steel pipes for efficient water conveyance, with strict adherence to international standards and client specifications. The project demanded high-quality SSAW/SPOOL steel pipes, manufactured to EN10025-2 and EN10217 standards, using S235J2 material with exceptional structural integrity. Each pipe featured a diameter of 2.337 meters and a wall thickness carefully controlled to exceed minimum requirements, ensuring durability under extreme operational conditions.
One of the most notable challenges in this project was meeting the client’s stringent requirements for water pressure testing and product consistency. Our technical team provided comprehensive documentation and testing results, demonstrating our capability to manufacture steel pipes with diameters up to 3.4 meters, a capacity few suppliers can achieve. The pipes were coated with solvent-free epoxy resin internally and 3PE externally, offering superior corrosion protection for long-term service in water conveyance applications. Every step of production, from material selection to coating application, was closely monitored and verified to comply with EN10217 standards, leaving no room for deviation or compromise in quality.
