MEXICO BRIDGE GIRDER AND RAILING PRE-FABRICATION PROJECT

A total of 1,820 tons of pre-fabricated steel plates have been successfully supplied for a major bridge girder and railing project in Mexico, contributing to the advancement of local transportation infrastructure

A total of 1,820 tons of pre-fabricated steel plates have been successfully supplied for a major bridge girder and railing project in Mexico, contributing to the advancement of local transportation infrastructure. The project required high-precision steel plates in multiple thicknesses, including 10mm, 12.7mm, 13.8mm, 19.1mm, and 38mm, to meet the structural demands of both bridge girders and safety railings. All materials were manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM A36, ASTM A53 GR B, and AWS D1.5 standards, ensuring reliable mechanical properties and welding performance.

Bridge construction projects demand exceptional structural strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability. The pre-fabricated steel plates were processed with advanced cutting and forming technology to guarantee consistent thickness, smooth surfaces, and precise tolerances. Particular attention was given to welding adaptability and load-bearing capacity, as the girders and railings must withstand dynamic traffic loads and varying environmental conditions over time.

Throughout production, comprehensive quality inspections were conducted, covering raw material verification, mechanical property testing, and dimensional checks. The entire batch successfully met project specifications and passed rigorous assessments prior to shipment. The successful completion of this order demonstrates strong capabilities in delivering customized steel solutions for complex infrastructure projects and further reinforces participation in large-scale international bridge construction initiatives.
