Combined Wall KW58 Rotterdam Project

The Combined Wall KW58 Rotterdam Project in the Netherlands marks a significant milestone in the delivery of high-performance piling solutions for complex infrastructure development

The Combined Wall KW58 Rotterdam Project in the Netherlands marks a significant milestone in the delivery of high-performance piling solutions for complex infrastructure development. A total of 63 pieces of LSAW steel pipes welded with C9 clutch connections were supplied for this piling project, with a combined weight of approximately 740 tons. Designed to meet strict European engineering requirements, the products play a crucial role in ensuring structural stability and long-term durability for the project’s foundation system.

The client, a well-known local supplier of piling products in the Netherlands, partnered for the first time on this project. To guarantee the highest quality standards, the entire production process was carried out under full supervision by TUV, with comprehensive inspection and final testing conducted by BV. Each steel pipe underwent 100% third-party testing, and a 3.2 certification was issued to confirm full compliance with project specifications. Detailed production records were also provided to ensure complete traceability from raw materials to finished products.

Upon completion of production, representatives from the client and the project end user visited the manufacturing facility to conduct an on-site quality inspection. The products received strong approval for their welding precision, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity. The successful execution of this project not only demonstrates reliable manufacturing capability and strict quality management, but also establishes a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in future European infrastructure and piling projects.
