47 meters long pile set sail for Ecuador

Xinyue strength selected customer Tier one supplier system
Today, we are introducing the order of an old customer in Southeast Asia. This is a project under construction for the customer. Similar products have been provided in the past. The customers invited Xinyue to participate in this project order. They hope that we will continue to uphold the quality of cooperation in the past and maintain the quality level of Xinyue. Based on the good cooperation in the early stage, both parties signed the order quickly after reaching various details. In order to coordinate with the project's progress, Xinyue Foreign Trade Specialist actively cooperated and quickly provided a complete set of documents, including the material specification SAMPLE, ITP, atlas, drawings of each product and the declaration of conformity. After the terminal reviewed item by item, it was finally determined that the technical documents met the requirements.

Challenges, but also opportunities!
An encounter at the German exhibition in 2015 contributed to the seven years of cooperation. Customers regularly purchase products from Xinyue every year. Today, I still remember that , the customer and our foreign trade specialist discussed many technical details at the exhibition site, including steel-making, deoxidation methods, how to avoid the phenomenon of no pores, slag inclusion and stratification inside the steel pipe, and dimensional tolerance. Because the customer is working on the textile machining roller, the requirements for the precision of steel pipes are particularly high. The outer diameter is+/-0.0075, the wall thickness is+/- 5%, and the straightness is required to be 1MM/M.

Xinyue Steel | wins the trust of customers with quality service
This order is the second from a new customer in Australia. The product quality, production process and delivery service of first order have been highly recognized by customers. In September this year, due to the project demand, the same batch of stainless steel coils were needed. The customer thought of Xinyue at the first time, and then sent an inquiry to our company. With good cooperation in the early stage for the same products, both parties quickly confirmed the details and contract terms. After receiving the down payment, Xinyue also started the production process as scheduled. At present, all the ordered products have passed SGS testing and successfully arrived at the customer's destination port on December 8.

Go all out to help customers
The customer of this order is a downstream processing factory of local contractors in Indonesia. The journey of cooperation with Xinyue started in May this year. The fast delivery and high-quality service left a deep impression on the customer, and also contributed to the second cooperation between the two parties. The products of this order are anchor bolts, which belong to non-standard customization. After receiving the drawings from the end customer, the Xinyue team immediately made a detailed analysis of the drawings, took the initiative to request proofing, actively and quickly responded to customer needs, assisted customers in project bidding, and prepared various bidding documents. During the order production, the epidemic situation was blocked, resulting in an extremely tight delivery schedule. Over the past three years, the epidemic situation has been rampant repeatedly, so we gradually found out a response mechanism. First, we truthfully informed the customer of the actual situation. After receiving the customer's understanding and support, Xinyue timely adjusted the shipping date of the letter of credit, and at the first time after the closure, it organized workshop workers to work overtime to quickly complete all production tasks, and finally successfully shipped to the customer's destination port in early November.

Trust is the cornerstone of successful cooperation
This is a customer who has been cooperating with Xinyue for long time. The contract is about project material. When we firstly received the inquiry, the customer stressed that the lead time was very important and we must deliver within 2 weeks. Based on the actual production situation, after evaluation, Xinyue was quite confident to deliver all products within required time. Both of parties reached an agreement on product details, and based on good cooperation in the past, the customer signed the contract decisively.

First orders from new customers in Thailand have been delivered
This order is from a new customer in Thailand. The customer is a local trade stockist. Our sales engineer contacted this customer by telephone. And received an inquiry in September of this year. After half a month of negotiation, the first cooperation started between the two sides. This order is alloy seamless tube for air preheater. In the early stage of understanding the customer's needs, we learned that the most important concern of the customer is delivery time. The whole order process is one and a half months from the date of signing, and the customer needs the goods to arrive in Thailand at the end of November. Time is tight, and there are repeated epidemics. Xinyue has made reasonable arrangements and handled the situation calmly. All steps have been carried out in an orderly manner as planned, and the final customer has received all the goods within the expected time.

"Adhere to quality and heart service" has never stopped
We met our customers in 2019. This is a global company with business chains distributed around the world. Our customers are also engaged in steel pipe production and have participated in the design of many projects. Generally, conventional steel products will be purchased at Xinyue on a regular basis. This order product is a hot bend. The contract requires that the product must be subjected to 0 degree impact, and the content of B should not exceed 0.0008%. Over the years of cooperation, because Xinyue always provides considerate services, customers will continue to choose Xinyue's products. Considering the inconvenience of the customer's unloading location, Xinyue has custom-made wooden pallets and installed pulleys. The customer has also given 100% recognition and trust to every order that both parties have cooperated with, and this order is no exception. The order was confirmed on the day of inquiry. Now this batch of goods has been sent to the customer's destination port, and both parties are expected to cooperate with more orders in the future.

Stand in the customer's perspective to understand customer needs
This order is the project of the Qatar customer. The customer purchased a batch of steel pipes in stock from our company in June this year, which was highly praised by the customer after arrival. Both quality and service were affirmed and recognized. All the efforts are a kind of precipitation. There is no shortcut. Only by being steady and down-to-earth, can Xinyue brand develop in the long run.

1400 tons of seamless steel pipes are in orderly production......
The end user of this project is Libya Petroleum Company. The first time we received the inquiry of the project was at the end of April 2021. The required products were seamless steel pipes with a total of 1,400 tons and external coated with the 3LPE . In the early stage of the offer, customers request Xinyue to provide a full set of technical documents of steel pipes and coatings, such as ITP, MPS, QCP, etc.Through the closely cooperation of The sales department and the technical quality control department. Xinyue quickly integrate the whole documents and shared to end customer for review. In the later stage of negotiation, Xinyue has always been customer-centric and always put customers' interests first. We have submitted many sets of quotation schemes for customers' reference, measurement and selection, Xinyue also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages one by one. After client’s careful comparison, the customer gladly accepted our suggestions and determined the best option. In the end, as we expected, Xinyue successfully helped customers win the project!
