Seize inquiry opportunities to transform orders efficiently
As it was the first cooperation, the customer proposed to use 100% letter of credit payment term. The two parties signed the contract on May 4th and we received the letter of credit on May 26th. Although the production time is very tight with a more than 80 sizes complex order need to hand. Xinyue, with years of production experience and supply strength, completed all production on time, also pass the final inspection with a qualified data according to the contract. Finally, all the goods were delivered by the container to Tianjin port on June 22nd, and boarded the cargo ship on June 26th, almost a week earlier than the customer's expected shipping time. Our goods will arrive at Singapore port on July 12th. Let's wait for the customer's feedback after receiving the goods.

In April 2022, Singapore's regular customer introduced a new customer to Xinyue, who was a local shipbuilder in Thailand. Xinyue comprehensively introduced our company's corporate culture, plant equipment, project experience and other information to the customer. After a period of understanding and good reputation from regular customer, Thai customer soon sent an inquiry letter to Xinyue, with nearly 140 items details, The content covers three categories of products: carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings. All products will be used to build ships, and the customer emphasizes that these products must come from the classification society factory. Although the specifications of this order are relatively complicated, because of the strong strength of resource integration, Xinyue sorted out the quotation and supply scheme of all sizes in a relatively short time, its rapid response and supply ability made the customers witness the strength of Xinyue, our two sides started a happy journey of cooperation.

Good news │ Xin Yue won the Philippines "double order"
At the beginning of May, Xinyue received the purchase demand from regular customer in the Philippines. According to different wall thicknesses, we recommended different galvanizing methods in production, Xinyue suggested that 48.3*2.5mm do pre galvanized process, also suggested that can use 88.9*3.3mm hot-dip galvanized pipe with 220g zinc thickness in storage pipes; Our plan saves time costs and raw material costs for customer. After the customer's research and decision, our suggestion was finally adopted, and we soon received the customer's order confirmation.

Four years of persistence finally won the Vietnam order
The order came from Vietnam. The customer is a local steel products processor. The first inquiry about the project was received in 2018. Xinyue's international trade specialist began to follow up the project. After nearly four years of unremitting efforts and perseverance, Xinyue successfully obtained the first order of this project. These products are mainly used for making modules (the project reference picture showed is provided by customer). As the finished products are ultimately used in New Zealand, who has extremely strict requirements for material and inspection. In view of this situation, Xinyue immediately organized all departments to hold a pre-production meeting after signing the contract, to control all details in advance, we also concentrated on analyzing, discussing and solving all problems encountered and details that need attention.

The regular customer we described today is a local contractor in Dubai. This batch of ordered products are used in oil pipeline projects. The end user is Dubai oil company, which has very strict technical requirements for production of pipe fittings and lists very detailed technical requirements. The order came from Vietnam. The customer is a local steel trader who met in year 2018, we contacted each other by telephone at first, then had a formal visit to them during our marketing department visit in Vietnam. After sincere communication and negotiation, two sides reached the cooperation for the first time, now we have 4 years’ cooperation between us.

Considering the possible quality damage caused by collision during the transportation, Xinyue has made great efforts in product packaging. Each pipe fitting is separately packed with foam paper and fumigated free wooden boxes. In addition, all coated pipes are upgraded to waterproof cloth packaging to ensure that each pipe received by the customer is intact. At present, all the ordered products have finished production. This customer is a famous Vietnamese processor. Xinyue has been cooperating with him for 3 years. Because customers mainly undertake various projects in Australia, all products are required to meet Australian standards. After years of friendly cooperation, we have been familiar with each other for a long time. But it is not easy to operate the customer's order every time. The customer basically requires C350 or above steel grade. Although the overall order is not small, there are many types of specifications and the number of single specifications in small quantity. For any steel plant, such an order actually increases the operational difficulty of production.
